We've included many little things that make the difference between a good villa and an outstanding villa at no extra charge - if everyone enjoys where they stay - it helps make the holiday a success - the little things that help you feel at home and help everyone feel comfortable.

- High quality, comfortable pool furniture - seating outside for 8 (4 loungers / recliners)
- The villa is light and airy and all the funishings and fittings are maintained to a high standard
- Air conditioning throughout
- Our local management company are on call if you need anything during your stay
- Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, means that there is plenty of space for everyone
- Family friendly with free use of cot, bed rails, high chair and baby monitor if requried
- Free unlimited high speed internet - ethernet and wireless
- HP C3180 Photosmart printer/copier/scanner for you to use (you only need the print cartridges/paper if it runs out)
- Air conditioning is standard - yet we have added a ceiling fan in every room
- 50" flat screen TV, Apple TV, NetFlix and ROKU Pacakge plus DVD Player in the family room
- Flat screen TV with a ROKU package in each bedroom
- Range of DVDs to suit all ages and tastes
- Electric digital radio alarm clock in each bedroom
- A SONY PS 2 in one of the twin bedded rooms with some games to play
- Books, puzzles, games, videos, DVDs in case you have spare time on your hands
- A selection of CDs to listen to so you can chill out and relax
- Plenty of kitchen equipment, from coffee machine to juicer and blender to pots and pans and dishes
- Plenty of crockery and cutlery, including ones to be used on the pool area so you can eat out
- A gas BBQ
- A light outside on the pool deck area and lanai so you can sit and unwind in the evenings
- A ceiling fan in the lanai by the pool to help cool you down if it is too hot
- Three hair dryers - so often needed after everyone has been in the pool and easier than sharing one!
- Curling tongues (curling iron), straghteners (flat iron) and hot brush
- A supply of pool towels for the pool
- A stand to hang your swimming costumes and towels on by the pool
- A clothes line in the garage
